From stroke of fate to vocation
The turning point of my life
A severe accident in 2006 threw me off course. From one moment to the next, everything changed. The doctors gave me little hope for a full recovery. But I decided to take my own path.
The following 9 years became an intense journey of self-healing and regeneration. I explored different methods, experimented, failed, got back up. Slowly, step by step, I found my way back to my strength.
This time taught me more about resilience, willpower and inner strength than any textbook could. I learned that true transformation comes from within and that every person carries the ability to regenerate.

Why I coach today
From my own experience I know: The path through a crisis is not linear. There are highs and lows, progress and setbacks. That's exactly why I can accompany you with genuine empathy and practical knowledge.
My mission is to support people in crisis situations to rediscover their inner strength and create a powerful new beginning. I don't offer standard solutions, but individual guidance on your personal path.
